•A high power view of the glioblastoma showing another
characteristic change known as capillary endothelial
proliferation.
•In capillary endothelial proliferation, the capillaries
demonstrate swollen endothelial cells.
•This is seen only in one nonmalignant tumor - the
pilocytic astrocytoma.
•Otherwise it denotes malignancy.
