This is the interior of an adrenal cyst.
The wall is thin.
Vivid golden yellow tissue in the wall is thinned adrenal cortex.
The cyst is unilocular (only one cavity).

Generally incidental to abdominal radiologic imaging
General Gross Description

Range in size from 1-2 cms (lower limit of detection by abdominal imaging) up
General Microscopic Description

Lining may be neoplasm (if cystic degeneration), may be endothelial, or may be fibrous stroma in which case termed pseudocyst
Some cysts are parasitic
