Metastatic Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma
Metastatic Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma

Cut surface of a liver with multiple nodules of metastatic adenocarcinoma.
Notice the large numbers of tan-white irregular nodules distributed over the liver substance and replacing it.
Some of these nodules, such as the one at the center towards the top, shows a focus of necrosis and hemorrhage within it.
Portions of liver (between the white nodules) exhibit the normal chocolate color brown color.
