Hepatoma with Rupture and Hemoperitoneum •This in an in situ view of the the liver. •The macronodular liver occupies the top portion of the liver. •The yellow arrows denote a dark brown-black subhepatic hematoma. •Below the hematoma are loops of bowel and mesentery. •The liver surface is coarsely nodular and greenish. •The white arrow points to a dark nodule which is hemorrhagic and infarcted. •The hepatocellular carcinoma within this liver can not be identified as such in this image.
