Hepatoma with Rupture and Hemoperitoneum

This in an in situ view of the the liver.
The macronodular liver occupies the top portion of the liver.
The yellow arrows denote a dark brown-black subhepatic hematoma.
Below the hematoma are loops of bowel and mesentery.
The liver surface is coarsely nodular and greenish.
The white arrow points to a dark nodule which is hemorrhagic and infarcted.
The hepatocellular carcinoma within this liver can not be identified as such in this image.
