| Tubular Epithelial Vacuolar Change
| The proximal tubular epithelial cells are voluminous
in size due to marked vacuolar change of the cytoplasm.
This change can be seen in hypokalemia, ischemia,
dextran and mannitol administration, and post
intravenous pyelogram studies.
