| Postinfectious Glomerulonephritis
| The photograph shows a mixture of red cells and white cells in the lumens of tubules. The source of these cells is the inflamed and damaged glomeruli. These cells and the proteinaceous fluid around them cast the form of the tubular lumens. They become dislodged from the site of formation and can be seen in the urine sediment.
