Normal Testis •The micrograph shows 2 adjacent seminiferous tubules. •Slender rather inconspicuous elongate spindle cells that encircles the tubules at the periphery are myoid cells. •Spermatogonia are located internally and rests upon the tubular basement membrane. •A group of spermatids are noted in the upper left field. •Mature spermatozoa are noted at the luminal border of the germinal epithelium and in the lumens.
