Normal Testis

The micrograph shows 2 adjacent seminiferous tubules.
Slender rather inconspicuous elongate spindle cells that encircles the tubules at the periphery are myoid cells.
Spermatogonia are located internally and rests upon the tubular basement membrane.
A group of spermatids are noted in the upper left field.
Mature spermatozoa are noted at the luminal border of the germinal epithelium and in the lumens.
