Leiomyosarcoma of the Uterus (Medium Power) • This photomicrograph shows somewhat ill defined bundles of neoplastic cells. • The cells vary in size and shape from elongate to oval. • There is also variation in chromatin staining with some very hyperchromatic cells. • Occasional neoplastic giant cells are seen.
