Malignant Mixed Mullerian Tumor of Uterus (High Power) • This high power view shows part of a neoplastic gland in the upper right. • The multiple lumens are typical of a cribriform architecture. • The cells lining the glands show no polarity or orientation to the lumen. • They exhibit pleopmorphism, hyperchromasia and a high N:C. • Some nuclei in the stroma resemble those lining the glands. • Other stromal cells have large amounts of eosinophilic cytoplasm. • Cross striations in these cells cannot be appreciated in this image.
