Brenner Tumor of Ovary (40X) • The arrows point to the epithelial cell component of a Brenner tumor. • The cells have little orientation with reference to the "lumen" or cystic space in the upper right hand corner. • The nuclei are relatively uniform, lacking pleomorphism, hyperchromasia or macronucleoli. • There is a moderate amount of eosinophilic cytoplasm. • The stroma is cellular and composed of spindly cells. • Mitoses are not identified.
