Mucinous Cystadenoma of Ovary (20X)

The nuclei are basal; the cytoplasm is apical and contains a large mucin vacuole.
This epithelium resembles endocervical epithelium.
The stroma is composed of fibroblasts with spindly nuclei.
There is no pleomorphism or mitotic activity.
There is no evidence of epithelial hyperproliferation or stromal invasion.
