• This shows a view of the smaller epithelial papillae.
• It is difficult to see the small delicate fibrovascular cores that support these cells.
• The epithelial cells have hyperchromatic nuclei and a high N:C.
• The nuclei do not show prominent nucleoli but there is some pleomorphism.
