Malignant Lymphoma - Diffuse - Small Cell

Low power view showing the total effacement of lymph node architecture.
Instead of the normal arrangement of cortex with germinal centers and medulla with medullary cords, what you see in this lymph node is a monotonous arrangement of dark staining small cells.
This is a typical appearance of a lymphoma, where the normal structural details of a lymph node are replaced with a monotonous appearing collection of cells.
